Service Manager – Single point of contact and EDT

In Croydon our Children’s Services are on an energetic change journey, with new management, innovative approaches and considerable pace.

We have made a great start, and are now looking for a Service Manager for our Single Point of Contact.

Croydon’s Single Point of Contact is the single front door for residents and agencies to contact where children and young people are at risk of harm or whether they require support in agreeing an Early Help offer.

The service is made up of staff from the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH): Metropolitan Police, Croydon NHS Health Services, Community Safety, Education and Youth Engagement and Early Help with strong relationships with other partners.

£63,834 – £70,125 per annum
