Grade 15 £ 45,585 – £47,511
It is an exciting time to join a new team in Croydon as a Clinical Therapist, delivering systemic practice interventions and guidance to our social workers who are working directly with our Children, Young People and Families in Croydon.
Reporting to our new Systemic Practice Service lead, you will be creating and embedding systemic therapeutic services alongside your new Clinical Therapist team, together with supporting the training of practitioners in systemic practice with an accredited training provider.
Qualified, accredited and registered as both a Social Worker and Systemic family therapist, you will have experience of working with complex and vulnerable families demonstrating your therapeutic talents with both individuals and groups.
Your skills in undertaking assessments of therapeutic need will enable you to consult, advise and provide reflective supervision to social worker practitioners and managers.
Your ability to engage and develop effective professional relationships will enable you to deliver high quality systemic interventions. If you are able to deliver training – even better!
Most of all your compassion and drive to a way of working which emphasises people’s relationships will enable you to ensure our children and young people are safe and remain at home where possible.
In return, we will offer you high quality support and development opportunities, specialist CPD and much more. If you would like to find out more about this exciting opportunity, please contact Nick Pendry, Director of Early Help and Children Social Care on 020 8726 6000 X64852 for an informal discussion.
