Team Manager – Adolescent Service

We are looking for experienced team managers capable of working in an operational manager role that have a particular skill with managing staff who are working with young people and have an understanding of risk factors for adolescents, in particular those in Croydon.

You’ll allocate cases, shape and influence practice, demonstrating confident analysis and decision making, ensuring practitioners receive reflective, challenging and explorative supervision to enable informed decision-making on children and young people’s cases.

Your compassion and drive will enable you to effectively engage with staff, supporting them to build relationships with children, young people and their families to create change.

Team Manager – Children with Disabilities and Transition 0-25 service

Our service is expanding with additional growth funding and we are looking for a team managers within our 0-25 Children with Disabilities and Transition service. You will have responsibility for the operational management and oversight of a statutory service for children with disabilities in either our children or transition team serving 1200 residents.

We are looking for experienced team managers capable of working in a fast pace improving journey. Yours skills and experience of children in need, children in need of protection including children looked after, coupled with your knowledge of legislation and proven experience of managing a CWD or Transitions team will make you a great asset to Croydon.

Your compassion and drive will enable you to effectively engage with social workers, supporting them to build relationships with children, young people and their families – delivering outcomes including education, health and care plans.

Above all else, we are looking for mangers that genuinely care, with a positive, “can-do”, customer-centred culture.

These new roles are already part of the Assessment Service and we are now introducing them into our Care Planning and Adolescent Services.
