Core skills programme
A core skills training programme is available, which includes; ‘Strengthening families training’, ‘Graded Care Profile2 tool training’ through our Safeguarding Children’s Board. As well as post graduate learning and development opportunities with leading Universities.

Research in practice
As part of its commitment to provide practitioners and managers with easy access to evidence based research on social work practice. Croydon Council subscribes to Research in Practice. This resource is available to all practitioners (permanent and interim). The offer also includes access to bespoke learning and development opportunities.
